  • Explain how you should behave at the OASC, how to pass the Group Discussion, how to approach the Leaderless Task and Command Task, the Planning Exercises and the OASC interview

MODULE 3- PLANNING EXECISE

In third training, your tutor will:

  • Explain thoroughly the Planning Exercise and how to pass it
  • Explain thoroughly the Planning Exercise’s elements: Group and Individual Planning Exercise
  • Give you sample exercises and explain the strategies to approach it
  • Explain the details of Speed, Distance and Time questions
  • Recommend tips

MODULE 4-  THE RAF OASC INTERVIEW

The RAF Officer Interview Questions

Your tutor will:

  • Explain interview questions
  • Give you tips on how to respond to them correctly
  • Give advices and tips on how to prepare for current event questions
  • Present you with strategies and techniques in approaching the panel
